3. Chat Messages & Translation

Chat messages are stored securely and translated automatically using third-party translation services. Messages are transmitted to our translation provider solely for the purpose of providing the translation feature. We do not sell or share message content for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure with industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting (Google/Firebase), translation services, payment processing
• Your household members: Tasks, messages, and session data are shared between homeowner and employees within the same household
