By accessing or using the Dilo application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dilo is a home staff management platform that allows homeowners to organize tasks, communicate with their household employees, and track work sessions. The Service includes web and mobile applications, auto-translated messaging, and task management tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Dilo offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (Basic or Pro plan). Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Dilo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Dilo, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Dilo provides automated translation of chat messages as a convenience feature. While we strive for accuracy, translations may contain errors. Dilo is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from automated translations.
We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
